Local projects and cloud projects

Local projects live in this browser on this device. Download a .planzoa file from the project menu for your own backup. Clearing browser data can remove local work. Paid cloud projects are associated with your account and can be reopened after signing in on another device.

Data requests

Use the form above for an account data export or deletion request. We review ownership, shared work and any required retention before completion. The request stays visible with its status and resolution. Submitting a request does not cancel your subscription; cancel renewal in Plans & billing.
