Using Planzoa

Planzoa provides property design, visualisation, documentation and collaboration tools. You must have permission to use the drawings, models, photos and other material you import, and keep your account credentials secure. Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another person’s private work or disrupt the service.

Free evaluation and paid plans

Free local evaluation includes the editor and exports for non-commercial evaluation. One active project is stored in this browser; .planzoa files let you keep backups and switch projects. Signing in preserves the local evaluation tools. Free evaluation does not include cloud saving.

Simple is for your own property and includes up to three active cloud properties. Professional permits commercial work and includes the professional cloud, collaboration and exchange capabilities listed on the pricing page. A shared cloud project follows its permissions and subscription entitlements. Do not use a personal or evaluation plan for paid client work.

Prices, billing and renewal

Simple costs £15 monthly or £120 yearly. Professional costs £69 monthly or £588 yearly. An annual price shown as a monthly equivalent is charged in full each year. Checkout displays the selected plan, billing period, any applicable tax or currency conversion, and the total before you confirm payment. Stripe processes payments; Planzoa does not receive your full card details.

Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Manage invoices, payment methods, plan changes and cancellation through Plans & billing in your dashboard. Review any prorated charge shown by Stripe before confirming a plan change.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel renewal at any time. Your dashboard shows the scheduled end of paid access. Cloud projects remain available to view after paid access ends; editing and paid cloud features require an active plan. Local project files remain yours.

Contact support to request a refund, report a billing error or exercise an applicable consumer cancellation right. Cancellation of renewal alone does not issue a refund. Any statutory rights you have, including rights relating to faulty services and applicable cooling-off periods, remain unaffected. Planzoa does not ask you to waive those rights by creating an account.

Your work and sharing

You retain your rights in your project content. You grant Planzoa permission to store, process and display content as needed to provide the features you choose. Share links can be forwarded by their recipients; review access and expiry before sharing. Keep independent exports of important work.

Design and regulatory limits

Check dimensions against reliable measurements and review outputs before relying on them. Design checks, indicative quantities, planning information and submission packs support your decisions. They are not approval, certification, a complete professional survey or a guarantee that a design satisfies every applicable rule. Obtain the appropriate qualified review and authority decisions for your project. Provider availability and supported geographic coverage vary.

Support, privacy and changes

Contact support for access, data export or deletion requests. Our privacy notice describes processing and retention. We will communicate material subscription changes before they apply to your renewal. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
