Work through the example

  1. Set out the proposal

    Begin with the plan you want the client to review. In the worked example, Proposal A is a kitchen and dining arrangement with a 2.4 m island. Explain the decision being considered and identify the measurements, products or site details that still need confirmation.

  2. Make one useful revision

    Select a furniture item or fitting and adjust its position, rotation or dimensions. Review the change in the 2D plan before switching to 3D. Keeping both views tied to the editable model helps you discuss the same arrangement throughout the presentation.

  3. Choose a clear 3D view

    Use the 3D workspace to show the relationship between the island, dining table, windows and entrance. Choose an angle that explains the layout. You can save a picture through Photo for an offline presentation; describe it as a design view rather than evidence that the proposed work has been approved.

  4. Prepare the drawing and editable backup

    Open Share and export the active proposal as a PDF. Inspect the exported page before using it: check the layout, visible information, units and option name. Download an editable .planzoa file as a backup so the next revision starts from the same design.

  5. Share the live proposal when ready

    Professional includes commercial use, cloud saving and view-only project sharing. After subscribing, save the project to your account and create a view-only link through the sharing controls. The local evaluation project does not upload merely because you sign in. For commercial work, confirm the shared view and review the drawings professionally before sending them.
